Fatigabilité des patients porteurs d’un gliome de bas grade : une quantification objective basée sur l’analyse du comportement

Abstract : This thesis is organised in three parts: The first part describes fatigue as a symptom but also the limitations of existing measurement tools in the clinical setting to date. This part then opens up with the theoretical model of decision making in order to suggest a more refined framework for the analysis of fatigability, based in particular on computational modelling. The second part displays the clinical study at the heart of this thesis, which applies this new analytical framework to patients with low-grade gliomas. The increase in impulsivity in inter-temporal choices observed in the study could indicate that this pathology affects cognitive control in decision-making, a marker of fatigability. The last part of this thesis describes the importance of digitalization in cognitive evaluation, but also exposes the issues of co-construction through an adapted design, taking as an example the tools developed within the partner company.
