Abstract : There has been a lot of talk about the city in this time of pandemic. Everyone projected their desires, interests and fears: the digital city, the standardization of driving, the return to density, the end of metropolises, the praise of slowness, the bankruptcy of public transport, non-polluting vehicles. Public health has returned to the heart of urban planning thinking, but what have we learned? The values that govern our needs and the geography of social inequalities, exacerbated by the crisis, deserve to be explored. An inventory of the stories that have animated our confined days allows us to envisage some hypotheses about the city of tomorrow.
